Michel Lebeuf joined the MANRA group and Posh Properties as Head of Legal in February 2024. Michel Lebeuf is a member of the Quebec Bar (Montreal Section) and a seasoned lawyer in corporate finance and securities. Mr. Lebeuf has developed expertise in securities law, institutional and corporate financing, as well as public and private mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in corporate reorganizations, public and private transfers, and institutional financing.

Jean-Simon is renowned for his interpersonal skills and his methodical approach to work, illustrating a smart working method in which he excels. With his years of experience as an entrepreneur in the RV field, he has established solid relationships with his customers. His ability to generate trust is notable, and for him, honesty remains not only a fundamental value, but also the primary criterion in his business and personal relationships. In addition, he demonstrated his talent as an investor, carrying out several successful real estate projects.

Zack Jorgensen-Price joins MANRA Capital as the new Controller, bringing an extensive background in financial management within real estate and Capital Companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Accounting, Management, and Human Resources, an MBA, and a Graduate Certificate of Property from Deakin University. With over eight years of experience in real estate development, construction, and capital raising, Zack has excelled in various roles. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, he now brings his expertise to Canada. At Posh Properties, Zack will manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop financial strategies to support the company’s expansion and operational excellence.

Her tenure at Airbnb and Luxury Retreats, leaders in luxury vacation rentals, enhanced her skills in managing cross-functional teams and boosting productivity. Julien has extensive expertise in the field of real estate in the United Arab Emirates. With more than 8 years of experience, he specializes in carrying out sales and purchases for his clients. His close collaboration with another real estate agent, with strong relationships with the most influential developers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, resulted in a strong and fruitful friendship. Together, they have successfully carried out resale transactions (flips) for several years, thus bringing great benefit to their clients.
